How can I help?

There are many kinds of loss and grief that people can experience in life. You can contact me for various situations, including the following:

  • You are grieving the loss of a loved one, and you feel overwhelmed and can't seem to move forward.

  • You have a friend or family member who has experienced the death of a loved one, and you want to know how best to support them.

  • You have a friend or family member that is seriously or terminally ill, and you would like to know how best to support them.

  • You are experiencing grief due to a loss of identity or purpose.

  • You have had to let go of a dream or aspiration and are grieving as a result.

  • You’ve gone through a change at work or in your personal life and are grieving.

  • You want to talk about your loss, but are struggling to share your experience with others.

Coaching can help you feel better and more fulfilled by identifying the emotions associated with grief, increasing self-awareness, and building resilience. Coaching gives you new perspectives and tools to handle challenges differently. It helps you to find your potential, passions, and live authentically.

I use various coaching methods to help you find ways to cope with grief. My holistic approach includes person-centred counselling and solution-focused grief therapy, focusing on both the loss you've encountered as well as an orientation towards the future.

“Maud provided a safe space that made it easy for me to open up to her about my feelings of grief regarding my family situation. With her guidance and support, I could work through my thoughts and emotions, and I now have a clearer sense of direction. Despite still feeling sad at times, I feel more hopeful about the future."

“Thank you so much for helping and guiding me through one of the hardest times of my life. Mostly thank you for introducing me to ME again. I didn’t know how much I missed her because I didn’t realise she was gone. Thank you for teaching me to see who I am and what my needs are and teaching me meditation. I know there is still much I need to learn, but through your guidance, I can go forward knowing I am safe to do so.”
